How will I know when my item has shipped?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know we've received your request. Once we’ve completed crafting your item and it’s been shipped, you’ll get another email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey to you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location:
For European countries, delivery typically around a week.
For countries outside of Europe, it may take around 1 to 2 weeks.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Since all our items are made-to-order, you can only cancel or make changes within a few hours of placing your order. If you notice an issue, contact us immediately via the details provided on our Contact page.
I use a different language in League. Will it still work?
Absolutely! Just type the skin name in your language, and we’ll find the right splash art. Even if it doesn’t show up right away, we’ll still make sure you get the correct skin.
